Welcome to Ace Grace Place, our beautiful three bedroom house at Aria resort “The Bay” in Filey, North Yorkshire.
The Bay is run by Aria resorts, and they have everything you could possibly need for the perfect holiday! The Bay has a leisure complex including gym, spa, pool, sauna, tennis court, plus other activities including archery and rifle shooting. The John Paul Jones serves great pub grub, is dog friendly, and has regular evening entertainment during peak season. Next to the pub is a delightful coffee shop and well stocked pharmacy.

Our house is located just a few minutes walk from the award winning Filey beach, this is the perfect location to get away from the city, and get some good Yorkshire fresh air! Six miles of golden sandy beach awaits you, and for those who have pet pooches, it has the added bonus of being dog friendly all year round!

Our house is very well equipped, with Smart TV (see below), super fast Wi-Fi, DVDs, and lots of toys for the kids. The layout is spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen with american style fridge and full “range” style gas hob. The gorgeous south facing garden area has double doors and opens onto a patio with chairs and BBQ. There are three bedrooms including en-suite to the master. There are fantastic views across the fields and beyond to the sea…
Towels/linen are all included and there is a welcome pack for the kitchen including all of the basics you will need when you arrive.
